Make Sitemap For Optimize Search Engine

A sitemap in this context is not a site map within the website / blog which is a page that contains all the links / contents of the website / blog (table of contents), but sitemap (site map) which is a reference for search engines in crawling a website / blog. Thus, the index process becomes faster and no url / page is missed by spiderbot.

Please note that the site map is needed by a website or blog to be indexed by search engines thoroughly and quickly. Here is how to create a site map on google search to be indexed by google optimally

Before creating and registering sitemap on Google, do first register url website / blog to Google Search Engine.

Next follow the steps as follows:

1. Create a sitemap by modifying the feed.

update February 5, 2014: because many of the redirect feeds to feedburner, then automatically feed the blog will lead to the feed at feedburner. therefore I add the redirect = false parameter to avoid redirect.

or it can also use its atom.xml feed code,

Add a red part to your blog url and that's the sitemap url.

2. Login to Google Webmaster Tools.

3. Click url website / blog who have registered and want to be given a sitemap. if not
registered / register new please click add website and confirm first, follow the instructions given.

4. In the configuration menu / site configuration, select sitemaps.

5. Click submit a sitemap, and enter the sitemap url.

6. Then click submit sitemap.

7. Once submitted, there will be a report stating that your sitemap registration has been successful. But before there will be a process shown with the picture clock. The process is relatively, there is a 1 hour to 2 days. The whole successful registration process will be shown by a check.

8. Done

Well this is the important part. To maximize the search engine's reference in indexing, register more than one sitemap. So, register two sitemap above at once or more will be better for the development of website / blog.

Good luck, buddy!

Extra Tips Sitemap Google ( More tips Make Site Map)

Since the blogger already has a sitemap in XML (like the above reference), use two types of sitemap at once: from Feed (atom or rss) and in its pure XML format. Atom.xml also uses the xml file extension, but is different from the original XML sitemap in terms of its content.

But there is one important note, because all the contents of the blog has been covered by the XML sitemap, then the sitemap of the feed should be filled with the recent (limit the amount). The trick I gave in this old post uses certain parameters (querying) so that the feed can be drawn up to 500 or 9999 (9999 value is used to indicate that the feed to be withdrawn is infinite), and since it now has an XML sitemap, then the parameter is no longer necessary. The default feed content on the Blogger platform is the latest 26 urls (updated) and that is enough. Learn more about the importance of submit sitemap xml and feeds for SEO. This is why feeds no longer need to contain too many urls.

So for feed: use the default one with no frills behind it.

or,

If the feed (rss or atom) has been redirected to the feed service (eg feedburner), then use this:
https://webmasterseo3.blogspot.com/atom.xml?redirect=false

or,
https://webmasterseo3.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?redirect=false

Important: The sitemap.xml feature can only be used by Blogger berplatform blogs that use the default domain of Blogger (subdomain.blogspot.com). So, for those who already use custom domain, sitemap.xml not support. Keep using old ways like old post tricks, so that feeds contain all blog urls without exception.

That's it for now.
